Steps to Follow to Make the Bites
Start by taking a large bowl and mixing in the dry ingredients. These include sugar, cinnamon, ground cloves, ground ginger, and salt. Once you have thoroughly blended these, add the pumpkin puree and eggs. Mix these well and slowly add the evaporated milk. Moreover, stir it constantly.
In addition, before or right after these steps, preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Then, cut a dozen 4-inch circles out of the pie crust. You can use various tools or objects to do this. For example, a jar lid works well. Next, press into each cup of the greased muffin tin. You will then take a fork and pierce the bottom of the crust.
Afterward, you will take the filling and put it to the top of each crust. Place them in the oven for 20 to 30 minutes. Keep an eye on the crust to ensure that they do not burn. The dessert is ready when it is golden brown. You can top the dessert with the ice cream of your choice. Or whip cream works well, too.
You can’t go wrong with this excellent pumpkin pie bites dish. It can be a favorite for the whole family this fall.
